- Develop and adapt management tools for newly opening properties.
- Assist Department Directors and General Management in creating processes, tools, and associated analyses.
- Create guest-facing documents related to the customer journey, such as client correspondence, waivers, nature guides, activity portfolios, and room directories.
- Participate in the configuration and reporting of operational tools like Seven Rooms, Concierge Organizer, Opera, and Knowcross.
- Engage in various projects related to customer experience, including sourcing Operating Supplies & Equipment, renovation projects, and innovations in the customer journey.
- Monitor, analyze, and periodically report on quality KPIs, including mystery visit reports by external audit Leading Quality Assurance, NPS, and Guest Satisfaction.
- Ensure the follow-up and improvement of the customer experience portfolio.
- Provide occasional support in responding to customer comments (e-reputation and surveys).
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Accommodation Departments (Front Office, Guest Relations) is highly valued.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level expected) and French.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent writing abilities.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Team spirit and a passionate character.
Entry-level, suitable for students with some prior experience in hospitality departments.
Pursuing a Master's degree in hospitality management or equivalent university program.
Internship must be part of an academic program agreement.
