1. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
2. Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
3. Accurately process inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damages in accordance with company policies.
4. Support compliance with company policies regarding safekeeping of funds and property, security, and record-keeping.
5. Ensure stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss.
6. Communicate with central distribution and corporate inventory control departments.
7. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
8. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
9. Complete price changes within the boutique.
10. Assist in packing or wrapping customer merchandise when necessary.
11. Solve problems and make informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity in the receiving area.
12. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
13. Participate in store meetings and training seminars.
14. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or inventory management.

1. Proficiency in handling receiving operations, including merchandise handling.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
3. Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete documentation.
4. Proficiency in processing information and merchandise through computer systems.
5. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Competence in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems, inventory-control computer systems, and sensor-tag removers.
7. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or inventory management.

Salary range of $21-$24 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.
