1. Monitor pre-litigation and litigation cases in collaboration with correspondents.
2. Communicate with legal counsel and relevant authorities, including customs and police.
3. Draft meeting reports, PowerPoint presentations, and training materials in both English and French.
4. Contribute to the preparation of reports dedicated to the Maisons.
5. Conduct legal research and draft summary notes on case law and doctrine.
6. Perform monitoring and investigations on counterfeit product offerings online, including individual sites, sales platforms, search engines, and social networks.
7. Assist in developing strategies for defending intellectual property rights against online infringements.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or New Technology Law; knowledge in Distribution Law is advantageous.
2. Significant initial experience in a corporate or law firm setting.

4. Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Entry-level experience in a corporate or legal environment.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or New Technology Law.
