1. Monitor and manage pre-litigation and litigation cases in collaboration with internal and external correspondents.
2. Communicate with legal counsel and relevant authorities such as customs and police.
3. Draft meeting minutes, PowerPoint presentations, and training materials in both English and French.
4. Contribute to the preparation of reports for the Houses within the group.
5. Conduct legal research and draft synthesis notes on jurisprudence and doctrine.
6. Perform surveillance and investigations into counterfeit product offerings online, including individual websites, sales platforms, search engines, and social networks.
7. Assist in developing strategies to protect intellectual property rights against online infringements.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or New Technologies Law; knowledge of Distribution Law is advantageous.
2. Significant initial experience in a corporate setting or law firm.
3. Interest in new technologies.

2. Attention to detail, autonomy, and responsiveness.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial experience in a corporate or legal environment.
