1. Monitor pre-litigation and litigation cases in collaboration with internal and external correspondents.
2. Communicate with legal representatives and relevant authorities such as customs and police.
3. Draft meeting reports, PowerPoint presentations, and training materials in both English and French.
4. Contribute to the preparation of reports for the Maisons.
5. Conduct legal research and draft synthesis notes on jurisprudence and doctrine.
6. Perform online surveillance and investigations on counterfeit product offerings across individual websites, sales platforms, search engines, and social networks.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of intellectual property rights defense strategies against online infringements.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or New Technologies Law; knowledge of Distribution Law is advantageous.
2. First significant experience in a corporate setting or law firm.
3. Interest in new technologies.
4. Strong writing skills and organizational abilities.
5. Attention to detail, autonomy, and responsiveness.
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
