LVMH OmniRetail and Corporate IS Programs Lead
LVMH, a global leader in luxury goods, encompasses 75 distinguished Maisons renowned for their high-quality products and worldwide allure. In Japan, LVMH represents a significant market, contributing 9% to the global revenue with over 1.2 trillion yen. The company operates more than 700 stores across various sales channels, employing over 12,000 individuals. The Japan Digital IT department is dedicated to equipping the Maisons with superior omnichannel capabilities and spearheading the transformation of information systems at the Japan headquarters.
- Localize global solutions and systems to fit the Japanese retail context, including integrating local communication and payment solutions.
- Animate the OmniRetail Japan community, fostering innovation, sharing best practices, and promoting group standards.
- Identify and establish partnerships with local vendors to support OmniRetail projects.
- Facilitate cross-cultural information sharing within Japan and with regional and global headquarters.
- Liaise with local stakeholders on regulatory matters such as payment and tax refund.
- Serve as the correspondent for Group Information Systems teams on Finance and HR.
- Manage the local deployment of Group/Holding Information Systems programs.
- Communicate Japan-specific requirements to headquarters teams.
- Facilitate change management with HR and finance teams.
- Minimum of 8 years in e-commerce, store IT, OMS, POS, or payment solutions projects, preferably within similar industries.
- Solid project management experience.
- Experience with ERP, Finance, and HR Information Systems is advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering high-value contributions.
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
- Proven success in providing IT digital solutions in an international environment.
- Ability to build strong communities among distributed teams and work in a matrix organization.
- Flexibility to interact with Maisons of diverse backgrounds and varying levels of maturity.
- Fluency in English and business proficiency in Japanese; French is a plus.
