1. Contribute to the organization and facilitation of Omnichannel Orchestration projects, including strategic development collaboration, workshop preparation, facilitation assistance, and presentation support.
2. Conduct studies and analyses for Omnichannel Orchestration, including internal benchmarking, competitive intelligence, market analysis, opportunity studies, and synthesis of published reference studies.
3. Propose continuous improvements to processes, materials, documents, and tools to enhance team network efficiency and work fluidity within the holding, corporate departments, and the Omni-Retail team.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (1 or 2) in Business School, University, or equivalent.
2. Previous significant experience in consulting or project management, preferably in luxury or commercial distribution.
3. Strong interest in data and Artificial Intelligence, performance analysis, process development, and digital tools.
4. Fluent in English and French.
