- Review and prioritize pending orders for fulfillment within 24 hours.
- Facilitate rebalance request transfers.
- Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and wrapping.
- Collaborate with leadership and selling teams to build cross-functional partnerships.
- Support the selling team with consignment preparations for clients.
- Drive retail network sales by processing charge sends for Client Advisors outside the home store.
- Execute daily Omni-Channel tasks including Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store (SFS), and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) processes.
- Enhance order fulfillment and delivery through multiple shipping options, including ship to home and white glove services.
- Reduce incorrect order fulfillment cases and improve return management accuracy.
- Advocate for clients at the warehouse to ensure seamless execution of activities.
- Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes.
- Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by adhering to service level standards.
- Assist in the review of aged BOPIS orders and manage order status changes.
- Support the usage of in-store digital clienteling platforms and act as a technical expert.
- Collaborate with leadership to create targeted clienteling lists for promotional events.
- Deliver innovative experiences to enhance operations and client satisfaction, including hosting virtual appointments.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with a preference for luxury experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
- Experience in stock control and selling.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Drive for results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Competence in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Strong computer skills.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
