1. Manage planning, quality, and purchasing across two production sites, Jade Paris and FSC.
2. Lead a team of three, including a stock manager and two quality controllers.
3. Analyze client demand and manage purchasing activities.
4. Optimize logistics, including stock and supply management.
5. Provide clients with estimates of timelines and resources.
6. Initiate manufacturing orders and develop production schedules.
7. Define and update monthly budgets.
8. Evaluate and coordinate machine capacity with available human resources.
9. Communicate short- and medium-term production schedules to workshops.
10. Adjust production plans in response to delays or technical issues.
11. Propose alternative solutions to production challenges.
12. Monitor daily activities through KPI analysis.
13. Report to the Director of Operations.
14. Ensure optimal resource allocation and workload distribution in workshops.
15. Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
16. Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant order deliveries.
17. Resolve disputes related to delays or defects in collaboration with the sales department.
18. Supervise relationships with industrial subcontractors.
19. Guide production strategy and justify production discrepancies.
20. Recommend industrial organization adaptations in line with client order evolution.
21. Optimize order processing and supply chain stages.
22. Implement and monitor quality KPIs.
23. Resolve quality issues and train production teams.
24. Oversee product/process qualification and audit follow-ups.
