LVMH Planning and Quality Manager

- Manage planning, quality, and purchasing across two production sites, Jade Paris and FSC.
- Lead a team of three, including a stock manager and two quality controllers.
- Analyze client demand and manage purchasing activities.
- Optimize logistics, including stock and supply management.
- Provide clients with estimates of timelines and resources.
- Initiate manufacturing orders and develop production schedules.
- Define and update monthly budgets.
- Evaluate and coordinate machine capacity with available human resources.
- Communicate short- and medium-term production schedules to workshops.
- Adjust production plans in response to delays or technical issues.
- Propose alternative solutions to production challenges.
- Monitor daily activities through KPI analysis.
- Report to the Director of Operations.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and workload distribution in workshops.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant order deliveries.
- Resolve disputes related to delays or defects in collaboration with the sales department.
- Supervise relationships with industrial subcontractors.
- Guide production strategy and justify production discrepancies.
- Recommend industrial organization adaptations in line with client order evolution.
- Optimize order processing and supply chain stages.
- Implement and monitor quality KPIs.
- Resolve quality issues and train production teams.
- Oversee product/process qualification and audit follow-ups.
- Extensive knowledge of jewelry production or luxury industry processes.
