LVMH Financial Controller

- Serve as a strategic business partner, providing financial oversight and operational support in alignment with MDA guidelines.
- Review and harmonize costing methods, stock valuation, and controlling methodologies across different legal entities.
- Standardize industrial variances and monitor action plans to ensure corrective measures are implemented.
- Coordinate comprehensive reporting activities focusing on revenue, costs, and key operational indicators.
- Lead the consolidation process during financial closing, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager for timely financial consolidation.
- Participate in monthly and annual closing operations and optimize monthly report production.
- Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and Capex trends, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Participate in the budget process and develop multi-year business plans for MDA presentation.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and drive productivity and industrial efficiency projects.
- Enhance decision-making tools using BI tools and support IT environment standardization.
- Ensure data reliability and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including in a manufacturing environment, ideally with auditing experience.
- Deep understanding of BOM, routing, and standard costing methodologies.
- Extensive experience in financial data manipulation and information systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial insights.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with auditing experience.
Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
