LVMH Electroplating Workshop Manager

- Oversee all activities within the electroplating workshop, ensuring compliance with company procedures, safety guidelines, and client specifications.
- Manage and lead the workshop team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Prepare and maintain electroplating baths, including electrolysis, rinsing, and degreasing processes.
- Analyze bath balance and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
- Adjust and control equipment, baths, and treatment products to maintain optimal conditions.
- Perform first-level preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Repair equipment and supports, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Ensure the workshop is stocked with necessary raw materials and consumables.
- Prepare and position pieces for treatment, ensuring readiness for surface processing.
- Monitor and control surface treatment processes, making necessary adjustments.
- Identify and address challenges or specificities in pieces, communicating effectively with project participants.
- Control product quality against client standards and collaborate on resolving quality issues.
- Manage the zero-discharge station effectively.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of managing a team and overseeing workshop operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in electroplating processes and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electroplating or a related field, with a focus on team management and workshop operations.
