1. Oversee all activities within the electroplating workshop, ensuring compliance with company procedures, safety guidelines, and client specifications.
2. Manage and lead the workshop team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
3. Prepare and maintain electroplating baths, including electrolysis, rinsing, and degreasing processes.
4. Analyze bath balance and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
5. Adjust and control equipment, baths, and treatment products to maintain optimal conditions.
6. Perform first-level preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
7. Repair equipment and supports, ensuring operational efficiency.
8. Ensure the workshop is stocked with necessary raw materials and consumables.
9. Prepare and position pieces for treatment, ensuring readiness for surface processing.
10. Monitor and control surface treatment processes, making necessary adjustments.
11. Identify and address challenges or specificities in pieces, communicating effectively with project participants.
12. Control product quality against client standards and collaborate on resolving quality issues.
13. Manage the zero-discharge station effectively.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury or manufacturing sector.
2. Proven track record of managing a team and overseeing workshop operations.
