1. Support the generation of merchandising reports for business needs.
2. Help organize the transfer of merchandise to maximize sell-through percentage.
3. Conduct sell-through analysis and propose action plans.
4. Coordinate all stock requests across all categories.
5. Partner with training and retail teams to organize seasonal product training sessions.
6. Gather qualitative product feedback from the retail team.
7. Conduct market research, including competitors’ product and pricing analysis on an ad-hoc basis.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
2. Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent communication skills to engage with key stakeholders.

Beginner level experience is required.
