LVMH Media Project Manager Intern

- Participate in media project management by preparing presentations and analyses, including evaluations of media activities across Press, Outdoor, Television, and Digital platforms.
- Assist in the creation and deployment of budgetary reporting and consolidation tools.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of reports and data provided by media agency partners.
- Develop and distribute satisfaction surveys and collect feedback from EMEA Maisons.
- Analyze and synthesize survey results.
- Conduct media monitoring within the luxury sector and beyond, maintaining a keen interest in the latest trends.
- Assist in organizing events for the Maisons, such as All Brands Meetings and Steering Committees.
- Manage the library of magazines received across Europe and maintain Maison contact lists.
- Engage in team rituals, including weekly meetings and Media breakfasts.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including LVMH MRI, Maisons, IT, media agencies, and advertising partners.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) in Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent.
- Seeking a final-year internship or a second part of a gap year internship.
- Previous experience in the media industry, ideally within an agency, media company, or advertiser.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, versatile, with strong writing skills.
- Fluent in both English and French.

Beginner-level experience, ideally with prior exposure to the media industry in an agency, media company, or advertiser role.
