LVMH Media Project Assistant Intern

- Participate in media project management through the creation of presentations and analyses, including media activity analyses across Press, Outdoor, Television, and Digital channels.
- Assist in the development and deployment of budgetary reporting and consolidation tools.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of reports/data provided by media agency partners.
- Create and distribute satisfaction surveys and collect feedback from Houses in the EMEA region.
- Analyze and synthesize survey results.
- Conduct media monitoring in the luxury sector and beyond, maintaining curiosity about the latest trends.
- Manage press clipping activities.
- Support the organization of events for the Houses, such as All Brands Meetings and Steering Committees.
- Manage the library of magazines received across Europe.
- Handle contact lists for Houses.
- Engage in team activities, including weekly meetings and Media breakfasts.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) in Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent.
- Seeking an end-of-studies internship or second part of a gap year.
- Previous experience in the media industry, ideally in an agency, media sales house, or advertiser, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and versatile with excellent writing skills.
- Fluency in both English and French.
Beginner level experience in the media industry is preferred, ideally within an agency, media sales house, or advertiser.
Master's degree in progress (1st or 2nd year) in Business or Engineering.
