LVMH Media Project Assistant Intern

Within LVMH, the Media Department plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility through paid advertising across 43 countries.
- Participate in media project management by preparing presentations and analyses, including media activity analysis across Press, Outdoor, Television, and Digital channels.
- Assist in the creation and deployment of budget reporting and consolidation tools.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of reports and data provided by media agency partners.
- Develop and distribute satisfaction questionnaires, collecting feedback from EMEA Maisons.
- Analyze and synthesize survey results.
- Conduct media monitoring in the luxury sector and beyond.
- Assist in press clipping.
- Support the organization of events for Maisons, such as All Brands Meetings and Steering Committees.
- Manage the magazine library across Europe and maintain Maison contact lists.
- Engage in team activities, including weekly meetings and Media breakfasts.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Master 1 or 2) in business school, engineering school, or equivalent.
- Seeking an end-of-studies internship or second part of a gap year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and versatile with excellent writing skills.
- Fluency in both English and French.
A first experience in the media industry, ideally within an agency, media company, or advertiser, is preferred.
Master's degree in progress in business, engineering, or equivalent.
