LVMH Media and Influence Coordinator Assistant

- Assist in developing a comprehensive 360° media strategy across EMEA, APAC, North America, and LATAM regions, encompassing Social Media, Digital, Print, OOH/DOOH, Radio, Cinema, and TV.
- Monitor media planning and activation schedules.
- Draft media briefs and oversee their execution in coordination with agencies to evaluate, execute, and optimize investments in online and offline media.
- Conduct continuous research on new media initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of influence strategies aligned with major communication themes.
- Coordinate between influence agencies, Maisons, and internal teams for campaign implementation and activation follow-up, including immersions, event participation, and content creation.
- Identify new talents based on topics and regions.
- Manage the online and offline media library.
- Collect influence activation reports and media analysis reports on campaigns, providing recommendations based on insights.
- Support content creation for media campaigns and editorial concepts for influence activations.
- Higher education in business school or a Master's degree specialized in communication.
- First experience in a media agency or with an advertiser.
- Excellent writing skills with a strong command of spelling and grammar.
- Good knowledge of the media ecosystem and advertising.
- Curiosity, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level experience required, ideally with initial exposure in a media agency or advertising environment.
Higher education in business or communication.
