LVMH Marketing Assistant - Travel Retail

- Assist in the creation and development of 360° marketing launch packs and tools for upcoming projects.
- Support the implementation of innovative consumer experiences in boutiques and pop-ups.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to execute activations and address marketing-related inquiries.
- Provide guidance for the qualitative implementation of promotional and sales plans.
- Establish positive collaboration with Maison counterparts for strategy alignment and business analysis.
- Interact with key stakeholders, including creative agencies and media partners.
- Assist in constructing the annual Marketing Brand Plan for each brand across the Global Travel Retail channel.
- Support the delivery of the annual Business Plan for regional sales teams.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and gather marketing and creative intelligence.
- Navigate business tools such as PowerBI and Trends & Insights Data Center for analysis.
- Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out data by brand, channel, region, and key retailers.
- Support analysis and reporting, including monthly consolidation and business reviews.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant Master's program.
- At least one relevant experience in marketing or the luxury industry.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
- Extensive understanding of marketing and brand management concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a highly complex and fast-moving international environment.
- Exceptionally organized, reliable, and able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly collaborative and a strong team player.
Entry-level experience in marketing or the luxury industry is required.
Currently enrolled in a relevant Master's program.
