LVMH Marketing & Digital Senior Manager

- Develop and own the annual Marketing & Digital strategy for Japan, ensuring alignment with global brand direction and local commercial priorities.
- Lead seasonal 360° campaign planning across retail, e-commerce, CRM, and media.
- Oversee digital marketing, media, and online customer acquisition, with a focus on data-driven performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid social.
- Supervise all PR activities, including media relations, showroom management, influencer strategy, and press events.
- Drive storytelling to elevate Marc Jacobs’ presence and cultural impact in Japan.
- Oversee CRM strategies and clienteling initiatives to increase repeat purchase and lifetime value.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing, PR, and Digital teams, strengthening organizational capabilities and processes.
- Manage the full Marketing & Digital budget, ensuring cost efficiency and strategic prioritization.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to Global HQ, EMEA, APAC, and Japan Leadership.
- Partner closely with Retail, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Finance, HR, and Logistics for integrated planning.
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital, or Brand roles, ideally within luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams.
- Strong experience in 360° marketing campaign execution and digital performance.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution.
- Deep understanding of Japan consumer behavior and media landscape.
- Strong stakeholder management across global, regional, and local teams.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate into business actions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese.
A minimum of 10 years in Marketing, Digital, or Brand roles, with proven leadership in managing multi-functional teams.
