- Manage currency and interest rate risk valuation, ensuring accurate integration into the Treasury Management System (TMS).
- Retrieve and update market data from Bloomberg, generating valuations for all active currency and interest rate derivatives.
- Control and analyze valuation trends, drafting monthly analytical reports for management.
- Serve as the primary contact for auditors regarding valuation inquiries during monthly closures.
- Facilitate the monthly collection of comprehensive and reliable currency risk exposure data from over 35 Maisons.
- Ensure consistency in budgeted and actual exposure data, providing training and guidance on currency risk issues.
- Oversee and validate foreign exchange hedging operations, coordinating with the Front Office to mitigate currency risk for group Maisons.
- Define and propose additional hedging operations in response to budget variations and real billing data.
- Guarantee accurate entry of foreign exchange and interest rate operations into the Diapason information system.
- Confirm transactions with banks and manage associated financial flows, ensuring compliance with EMIR regulations.
- Monitor the effectiveness of hedges (IAS standards) and allocate accounting entries during monthly closures.
- Conduct daily treasury management for holding companies, preventing fraud and performing analytical reviews of cash flows.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze the annual budget for holding companies in collaboration with management control.
- Determine financing and investment needs for each holding company, coordinating with the group's central treasury.
- Participate in exceptional treasury operations and manage the portfolio of securities held by holding companies.
- Master the financial application for treasury and risk management, providing daily support and training to subsidiaries.
- Contribute to the enhancement of information systems.
- Degree from an engineering school, business school, or a Master's degree in Finance/Management.
- Significant initial experience in a financial department, preferably in treasury or audit.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Initiative and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in financial markets and valuation of financial instruments.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Expertise in currency and interest rate financial instruments.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Interest in information systems and ability to understand their functionality.
- Knowledge of Diapason is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years in a financial department, ideally in treasury or audit.
Degree from an engineering school, business school, or a Master's degree in Finance/Management.
