LVMH Legal Intern - M&A and Business Law

1. Conduct legal research and translations.
2. Draft synthesis notes and perform legal monitoring.
3. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, including commercial agreements, distribution contracts, acquisition agreements, and shareholder agreements.
4. Actively participate in the Legal Department's missions.
5. Engage with broad business law issues.

1. Master's degree in Law with a specialization in General Private Law or Business Law.
2. Dual education in IEP/Business School/LL.M is appreciated.
3. Previous internship in a law firm's business law, corporate law, or commercial law department.
