1. Conduct legal research and translations.
2. Draft synthesis notes and maintain legal watch.
3. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, including commercial, distribution, acquisition, and shareholder agreements.
4. Actively participate in the Legal Department's missions.
5. Address broad business law issues.

1. Master's degree in law with a specialization in general private law or business law.
2. Dual education in IEP/Business School/LL.M is appreciated.
3. Previous internship in a law firm's business law, corporate law, or commercial law department.
