LVMH Leather Goods Apprentice

LVMH, a global leader in luxury goods, encompasses a diverse range of prestigious brands across various sectors including fashion, leather goods, wines and spirits, perfumes and cosmetics, watches and jewelry, and selective retailing. As part of its commitment to nurturing talent and preserving artisanal skills, LVMH has established the Institut des Métiers d'Excellence (IME), a vocational training program designed to transmit the Group's savoir-faire in craftsmanship, creation, and sales.

1. Participate in a one-year alternating training program in leather goods craftsmanship.
2. Receive theoretical and practical instruction at Les Compagnons du Devoir in Pantin and Louis Vuitton workshops in France.
3. Attend Master Classes at LVMH Group Houses, including lectures on luxury fundamentals and the history of the Houses.
4. Engage in workshops, professional exchanges, and meetings with renowned creators.
5. Obtain the CAP Maroquinerie diploma and the Institut ME's Certificate of Excellence.
6. Enhance employability in the leather goods sector.

1. Under 25 years old with a minimum of a Baccalaureate.
2. 25 years or older with at least a CAP, BEP, or equivalent Level IV qualification registered with the RNCP.
3. Registered as a job seeker with Pôle Emploi or have received RSA, ASS, AAH, or participated in an assisted contract.

1. Good visual acuity for close work and color differentiation.
2. Dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.
3. Curiosity, open-mindedness, and methodical approach.
4. Strong concentration and logical thinking.
5. Motivation demonstrated during the interview process.

No prior experience required.

Minimum Baccalaureate or equivalent Level IV qualification.

Participants will receive a comprehensive training program, including soft-skills coaching, and will have the opportunity to earn recognized qualifications.
