- Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning, Instructional Design, Talent Development, HR, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Instructional Design, Content Development, Learning Facilitation, and HR Best Practices.
- Proven experience in designing and managing hybrid, virtual, and face-to-face learning programs.
- Proficiency in instructional design theories, models, and best practices.
- Experience with e-learning development tools and learning management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in digital learning tools and AI-driven learning technologies.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning initiatives with organizational strategy.
