1. Analyze training needs and design comprehensive curricula addressing specific learning objectives.
2. Develop innovative, high-impact learning experiences integrating best practices in instructional design and adult development.
3. Create engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules and blended learning solutions.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and document instructional goals and requirements.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning, Instructional Design, Talent Development, HR, or a related field.
2. Strong expertise in Instructional Design, Content Development, Learning Facilitation, and HR Best Practices.
3. Proven experience in designing and managing hybrid, virtual, and face-to-face learning programs.

2. Experience with e-learning development tools and learning management systems.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
