- Assist in welcoming and coordinating internal experts during integration seminars and various events.
- Anticipate upcoming sessions and liaise with different stakeholders.
- Confirm sessions with service providers, detailing practical modalities, schedules, and proceedings.
- Contribute to the update and evolution of training programs by integrating feedback, new pedagogical trends, and identified needs.
- Manage registration requests, control the dispatch of invitations to participants, and confirm sessions with providers.
- Maintain digital training records, including receipt of programs, quotes, and attendance sheets from providers.
- Prepare materials and documents ahead of each session and ensure proper setup of training rooms.
- Welcome trainers and participants on the day of the session.
- Participate in the Learning France Committee and post-training event organization.
- Analyze program data using digital tools and AI to identify areas for improvement and optimize training.
- Present clear analyses of various data for team meetings.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, such as the World Wide Training Report.
- Assist in managing training budgets by recording logistical cost recharges to the Maisons.
- Bachelor's degree level (Bac+3/+4)
- Rigorous, reactive, agile, and versatile.
- Dynamic with a proactive and anticipatory mindset.
- Proficient in IT and office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, ADP).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Beginner level experience is required.
Bachelor's degree level (Bac+3/+4)
