- Lead the vision and execution of Data for Media pilots, optimizing the use of first-party data throughout the customer journey.
- Manage and coordinate stakeholders across Maisons, data science, digital, and media teams to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Stay abreast of the evolving digital media landscape, particularly with global platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok, to maintain cutting-edge practices and product knowledge.
- Champion the integration and utilization of data within clean room environments to ensure privacy while extracting valuable insights.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in data and media-focused roles, either in an agency, platform, or with an advertiser.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and management by influence within a highly matrixed organization.
- Solid background in data application to media efficiency use-cases.
- Expertise in data management, particularly in clean room technologies.
- Ability to engage in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience in digital media agency roles, PPC campaigns, and working with global platforms.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and engage with all stakeholders.
