LVMH Key Account Manager Assistant Intern

- Assist the Key Account Manager in managing a major airport operator and Nordics customers.
- Oversee the monthly forecasting tool (APO) and BEX for MHDE, MHDK, and SEVA.
- List new items in customer programs and update product information and forecasts.
- Create purchase orders and FTT agreements on SAP, manage invoices, and update budget trackers.
- Support the creation of price lists and manage incoming orders based on supply capacity.
- Analyze brand performance for assortment reviews and prepare detailed reports on sales and market share.
- Manage POSM orders and support marketing activations to enhance consumer experiences.
- Assist in preparing ad-hoc presentations for the Key Account Manager.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent University program.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Agility in handling complexity and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the luxury sector, particularly wines and spirits, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Effective planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage stress and maintain productivity under pressure.
Beginner level experience suitable for current students or recent graduates.
Currently enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent University program.
