1. Serve as the Super User Administrator for the FFC/Wordly platform, managing user accounts and providing operational support to Maisons and auditing firms.
2. Conduct dedicated meetings with Maisons and auditing firms to address operational issues.
3. Conduct weekly meetings with the web platform provider to report user issues and discuss new developments.
4. Conduct training sessions for new users from Maisons and auditing firms, and facilitate Q&A sessions for existing users.
5. Monitor auditors' activities and manage User Configurated Reports as needed.
6. Follow up and monitor Corrective Action Plans with Maisons, and monitor non-compliance results.
7. Share audit results and actions taken by Maisons.
8. Participate in the development of checklists for internal reality checks for key suppliers.
9. Contribute to creating guidelines, training materials, and e-learning modules for Allegro users.

1. Proficiency in Italian and English, with French as a plus.
2. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
3. Experience in creating and delivering presentations.
4. Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to listen and provide timely and effective user support.
6. Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
