1. Provide operational support to Project Managers, liaising directly with business units and Houses within the Group.
2. Analyze needs and model/formalize financial business processes.
3. Participate in tender processes.
4. Construct and plan project approaches, monitor project actions, and ensure adherence to committee protocols.
5. Prepare presentation materials for internal LVMH teams and Houses.
6. Manage various project stakeholders, including internal teams and consultancy groups.
7. Oversee the implementation of new processes/tools in collaboration with Finance Departments, IT, and external providers (such as Big 4 firms).
8. Support change management for business units and Group Houses, including communication actions (newsletter creation, intranet updates).

1. Enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) at a business school, engineering school, or university, or equivalent.
2. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor, curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
2. Fluent in written and spoken English.
3. Attention to detail and ability to embody LVMH values: Creativity, Innovation, Excellence, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.

Experience in Big 4/Consulting firms and/or Project Management/Consolidation or Management Control is advantageous.

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
