LVMH Junior Project Coordinator for Workshops & Masterclasses

- Assist in the development of programming in collaboration with LVMH partner Maisons.
- Organize internal and external pilot test waves to optimize future initiation experiences.
- Contribute to the conceptualization of discovery and initiation activities and e-learning experiences.
- Participate in the creation of workshop and masterclass programs, including presentation materials and participant booklets.
- Co-pilot pilot sessions to validate programs, ensuring adherence to experiential guidelines and timelines.
- Support logistical management of supplies and tools for workshops.
- Contribute to the development of the e-learning platform through competitive analysis and content ideation.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) or final-year internship from a university or business/engineering school.
- Previous experience in training or marketing (content creation) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in office software (PowerPoint, Adobe, Indesign, Canva, Figma).
- Strong aesthetic and pedagogical sense in presentation creation.
- Ability to follow a project timeline and provide thorough updates to management.
- Comfortable interacting with various levels of stakeholders.
- Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively on cross-functional projects.
- Interest in digital content and e-learning.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Entry-level, suitable for those at the beginning of their career.
Master's degree in progress or equivalent.
