1. Support recruitment activities for the Holding, assisting the internal recruiter with job postings and pre-selection of candidates.
2. Participate in campus recruitment initiatives and maintain liaison with the Campus Management team.
3. Engage in Talent Acquisition Group community events.
4. Monitor onboarding and offboarding processes.
5. Ensure accuracy of information within HR systems.
6. Update HR reports and data.
7. Assist in the implementation of group processes such as training plans, recruitment plans, Talent Reviews, and annual salary increase campaigns.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/+5) in a relevant field.

3. Organizational skills and teamwork orientation.

6. Fluent in English.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
