LVMH Jewelry Repair Operations Manager

- Oversee the management of repair items from acceptance to completion, including quotations and progress tracking.
- Perform data entry into the system, including customer and product information, repair requests, and delivery dates.
- Conduct product inspections, coordinate parts ordering, and manage shipping logistics.
- Handle email correspondence with international headquarters.
- Maintain frequent communication with technicians to ensure repair quality and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to jewelry products, repairs, and online purchases.
- Manage internal and external after-sales service inquiries.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Experience handling jewelry or in luxury brands, hotels, airlines, or department stores.
- Basic proficiency in English for reading, writing, and email communication.
- Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and PC applications such as SAP, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Ability to touch-type and manage screen operations during calls.
- Familiarity with handling precision machinery and jewelry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in jewelry handling or related luxury service industries.
