1. Manage repair operations for luxury jewelry, overseeing the entire process from acceptance to completion.
2. Enter detailed data into systems including customer and product information, repair requests, and delivery timelines.
3. Perform light tasks such as product inspection, parts ordering, and shipping coordination.
4. Maintain frequent communication with technicians and handle email correspondence with international headquarters.
5. Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to jewelry products, repairs, and online purchases.
6. Act as the internal and external point of contact for after-sales service inquiries.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in handling jewelry or similar luxury items is preferred.
3. Basic English proficiency for reading, writing, and email communication with international counterparts.
4. Understanding of compliance and regulatory adherence.

1. Proficiency in administrative tasks and PC applications such as SAP, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
2. Ability to touch-type efficiently for multitasking during calls.
3. Familiarity with careful handling of precision machinery and jewelry.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field such as jewelry handling, luxury retail, or customer service in hotels or airlines.
