- Manage repair operations for luxury jewelry, overseeing the entire process from acceptance to completion.
- Enter detailed data into systems including customer and product information, repair requests, and delivery timelines.
- Perform light tasks such as product inspection, parts ordering, and shipping coordination.
- Maintain frequent communication with technicians and handle email correspondence with international headquarters.
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to jewelry products, repairs, and online purchases.
- Act as the internal and external point of contact for after-sales service inquiries.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in handling jewelry or similar luxury items is preferred.
- Basic English proficiency for reading, writing, and email communication with international counterparts.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and PC applications such as SAP, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Ability to touch-type efficiently for multitasking during calls.
- Familiarity with careful handling of precision machinery and jewelry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field such as jewelry handling, luxury retail, or customer service in hotels or airlines.
