1. Oversee the management of jewelry repair operations, from receipt to completion, ensuring meticulous handling and tracking of each item.
2. Input detailed information into the system, including customer and product details, repair requests, and delivery timelines.
3. Conduct product inspections, coordinate parts ordering, and manage shipping logistics.
4. Engage in email correspondence with international headquarters, maintaining clear and professional communication.
5. Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to jewelry products, repairs, and online purchases, both internally and externally.

1. Experience in handling jewelry, with a preference for those with inspection experience or G.G. qualifications.
2. Alternatively, experience in luxury brands, hotels, airlines, or department stores is acceptable.
3. Basic proficiency in English for reading and writing, with the ability to communicate via email with international counterparts.
4. Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory adherence.

1. Proficiency in administrative tasks and PC applications, including SAP, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
2. Ability to touch-type efficiently, particularly during phone communications.
3. Adept at handling precision machinery and delicate jewelry with care.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
