LVMH IT Digital Director

- Act as a key liaison for the rollout and local management of central initiatives.
- Define and implement Japan-specific solutions in alignment with central teams.
- Support Maisons in adopting and aligning with various Digital/Application/Tech standards.
- Define technical architecture for application/digital projects and contribute to the global enterprise architecture community.
- Establish partnerships with local technology companies and experts.
- Identify opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure alignment and performance of local representatives of global IT vendors/partners.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between Maisons.
- Provide Digital workplace services and application support for the Japan HQ.
- Coordinate tech deployment initiatives related to infrastructure and network connectivity.
- Deliver group services to HQ and Maisons, including Telco nodes and shared offices.
- Lead cybersecurity practices across LVMH JP IT community focusing on risk prevention, awareness, and resiliency.
- Serve as a center of expertise for omnichannel and omniservices.
- Lead expertise in CRM, Clienteling, Marketing Automation, and LINE ecosystem.
- Oversee data, artificial intelligence, and generative AI initiatives.
- Facilitate the adoption of Group Core Models in Finance, HR, and other corporate applications.
- Collaborate with HR on training, learning, and development.
- Facilitate internal mobility of talents.
- Over 15 years of experience in leading tech roles, including team management.
- Proven success in providing IT and Digital solutions in an international, client-facing environment.
- Strong technology vision around CRM, EC, Cloud, and Data.
- Ability to build strong communities among distributed teams in a matrix organization.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English; French is a plus.
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience presenting to senior business and technology leaders.
- Flexibility to interact with diverse Maisons under varying levels of maturity and size.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Minimum of 10 years in relevant roles.
