LVMH IT Compliance Officer

- Ensure the company's information systems comply with current regulations, standards, and internal policies.
- Maintain constant regulatory and normative watch, analyzing the impact of changes on company activities.
- Participate in defining and implementing IT compliance policies in collaboration with technical and legal teams.
- Draft and update IT compliance procedures and best practice guides.
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess information systems compliance, identify non-conformities, and propose corrective action plans.
- Participate in identifying and evaluating IT compliance risks and propose preventive and mitigating measures.
- Organize IT compliance awareness and training sessions for employees, regularly communicating on compliance issues and best practices.
- Maintain IT compliance documentation and prepare regular compliance reports for management and control bodies.
- Participate in managing security incidents impacting data compliance and implement emergency measures to ensure business continuity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Bac+5)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse technical team
- Fluency in French and strong proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructures, including cloud computing, big data, and AI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all hierarchical levels and business functions
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of autonomy and empathy
A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT compliance or a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Bac+5).
The position offers a permanent contract based in Paris, with a start date available in November 2025. The role is open to individuals with disabilities.
