LVMH IT Business Partner

1. Serve as the primary contact for various business units including Environment, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, and Patents.
2. Define the target and trajectory of the application roadmap in alignment with the group's IT strategy and market standards.
3. Anticipate business needs and manage their project portfolios from initial requirements to realization.
4. Support the integration of LVMH group projects within business units and Maisons.
5. Establish and manage budgets, providing KPI tracking to relevant functions.
6. Determine necessary resources to achieve defined objectives.
7. Lead program and project management, ensuring alignment with user needs and LVMH's security and governance standards.
8. Organize and oversee development teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders from project inception to completion.
9. Ensure operational performance and service quality for business units.
10. Produce management reports detailing progress, planning, and risk management.

1. Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years experience as an IT Business Partner in applications.
3. Experience in data management and agile project execution.
4. Significant experience in developing and leading development teams for web and mobile solutions.
5. Proven track record in managing projects in an international and multi-project environment.
