LVMH IT Business Partner

- Serve as the primary contact for various business units including Environment, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, and Patents.
- Define the target and trajectory of the application roadmap in alignment with the group's IT strategy and market standards.
- Anticipate business needs and manage their project portfolios from initial requirements to realization.
- Support the integration of LVMH group projects within business units and Maisons.
- Establish and manage budgets, providing KPI tracking to relevant functions.
- Determine necessary resources to achieve defined objectives.
- Lead program and project management, ensuring alignment with user needs and LVMH's security and governance standards.
- Organize and oversee development teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders from project inception to completion.
- Ensure operational performance and service quality for business units.
- Produce management reports detailing progress, planning, and risk management.
- Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years experience as an IT Business Partner in applications.
- Experience in data management and agile project execution.
- Significant experience in developing and leading development teams for web and mobile solutions.
- Proven track record in managing projects in an international and multi-project environment.
- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
- Situational intelligence and autonomy.
- Technical proficiency with a passion for innovative subjects.
- Project management expertise, ideally in an Agile environment.
- Excellent organizational and synthesis skills.
- Rigor and responsiveness.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English for project execution.
Minimum 10 years
Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
