1. Control and analyze HR-related data, including costs, headcount, and FTE, ensuring strong follow-up and deviation analysis.
2. Update and maintain the HR dashboard, monitor HR statistics and KPIs, and support HR Group reporting.
3. Assist in budget processes, annual salary review, and implementation of Compensation & Benefits policies.
4. Support compliance with Data Protection regulations and review commercial contracts.
5. Collaborate in monitoring the Group's compliance program and manage relations with external law firms.
6. Maintain and update the company's legal database, providing support and legal advice to all Group departments.
7. Manage daily financial operations including bank transaction reconciliation and payment processing.
8. Handle document distribution, support sales and collections processes, and monitor bank charges and insurance portfolio activities.
9. Collaborate in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

1. Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.
2. Full-time availability for 12 months.

1. Fluent in English (C1 level required).
2. Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and SAP environments.
3. French language skills are advantageous.

Previous internship experience is considered beneficial.

Students in their final year of studies.
