1. Conduct documentary research on topics addressed by the department, including case law, synthesis notes, and benchmarks.
2. Prepare presentation materials.
3. Draft meeting minutes.
4. Perform research as part of due diligence procedures.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master’s program with a specialization in Law, Political Science, Business Ethics, or Audit & Internal Control.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
4. Understanding of business compliance issues (Sapin II Law, FCPA/UKBA, non-financial reporting, whistleblower protection, duty of care, international sanctions, anti-money laundering).
5. Attention to detail and ability to synthesize information.
6. Capacity to work independently and take initiative.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in progress in relevant fields such as Law or Political Science.
