1. Conduct documentary research on topics addressed by the department, including case law, synthesis notes, and benchmarks.
2. Prepare presentation materials.
3. Draft meeting minutes.
4. Perform research within the framework of due diligence procedures.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program with a specialization in Law, Political Science, Business Ethics, or Internal Audit & Control.
2. Proficiency in both oral and written communication.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
5. Understanding of business compliance issues (Sapin II Law, FCPA/UKBA, non-financial reporting, whistleblower protection, duty of vigilance, international sanctions, anti-money laundering).
6. Attention to detail and analytical skills.
7. Ability to work independently and take initiative.

No prior experience required.

Master's degree in progress in Law, Political Science, Business Ethics, or Internal Audit & Control.
