1. Develop and implement the editorial and event calendar for headquarters teams, including newsletters, thematic events, and site animations.
2. Design and produce internal events as memorable experiences for talent communities, such as summer parties, conferences, masterclasses, and family days.
3. Actively contribute to equipping and engaging talent communities with essential resources and key moments.
4. Draft, edit, and produce high-quality content for internal and HR communications targeted at specific audiences.
5. Create and deploy necessary communication assets using creative, innovative, and impactful formats, such as presentations, emails, FAQs, and graphic designs.
6. Make the headquarters' intranet a central element of the employee experience.
7. Support major HR projects for the headquarters.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to editorial guidelines, graphic standards, and the editorial and event calendar for the Holding teams.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal communications with a focus on HR topics.
2. Proven writing skills and a passion for communication in all its forms.
3. Ability to analyze, synthesize, and formalize information.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, teamwork, adaptability, creativity, and aesthetic sensitivity.
5. Project management and engineering skills with strong organizational and interpersonal capabilities.
6. Ability to manage by influence in a matrix environment.
7. Fluency in English.
