1. Contribute to the deployment of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs initiatives, including marketing, recruitment, integration, and learning processes.
2. Support the continuous improvement of the program, focusing on candidate experience, HRIS systems, provider management, and feedback reports.
3. Activate Next Generation related events, such as afterworks, community gatherings, and learning expeditions.
4. Facilitate best practices sharing across Maisons and coordinate benchmarks and mappings.
5. Contribute to emerging HR projects for the Next Generation.
6. Support the facilitation of stakeholder and ambassador communities and committees, including Graduates, Mentors, Managers, and HRs.
7. Collaborate closely with external and internal service providers to ensure timely and consistent delivery aligned with the LVMH brand.
8. Coordinate back-office activities, including reporting, KPI tracking, schedule management, database tracking, surveys, and presentation design.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program.
2. Fluency in English, both oral and written; medium level of French required.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
