- Contribute to the deployment of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs initiatives, including marketing, recruitment, integration, and learning processes.
- Support the continuous improvement of the program, focusing on candidate experience, HRIS systems, provider management, and feedback reports.
- Activate Next Generation related events, such as afterworks, community gatherings, and learning expeditions.
- Facilitate best practices sharing across Maisons and coordinate benchmarks and mappings.
- Contribute to emerging HR projects for the Next Generation.
- Support the facilitation of stakeholder and ambassador communities and committees, including Graduates, Mentors, Managers, and HRs.
- Collaborate closely with external and internal service providers to ensure timely and consistent delivery aligned with the LVMH brand.
- Coordinate back-office activities, including reporting, KPI tracking, schedule management, database tracking, surveys, and presentation design.
- Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written; medium level of French required.
