LVMH Intellectual Property Legal Intern

- Monitor intellectual property portfolios (trademarks, designs, domain names) for various Maisons in collaboration with Industrial Property Advisors.
- Conduct trademark and product name availability searches, and research the state of the art in designs and models.
- Validate projects and conduct risk analysis for new product launches.
- Draft and review contracts, including collaboration agreements and copyright licenses.
- Participate in the management and monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation processes, including success probability studies, cease-and-desist letters, and agreement protocols.
- Conduct legal watch in intellectual property.
- Research case law and draft legal notes.
- Participate in intellectual property audits.
- Currently enrolled in a law program with a specialization in intellectual property.
- Organizational skills and strong writing ability.
- Proficiency in legal databases and IT tools.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Prior experience in a law firm or a previous internship in intellectual property is advantageous.
Pursuing a degree in Law with a focus on Intellectual Property.
