LVMH Intellectual Property Legal Intern

1. Monitor intellectual property rights portfolios (trademarks, designs, models, domain names) in collaboration with Industrial Property Advisors.
2. Conduct availability searches for trademarks and product names, and research the state of the art in designs and models.
3. Validate projects and conduct risk analysis for new product launches.
4. Draft and review contracts, including collaboration agreements and copyright licenses.
5. Participate in the management and monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation processes, including success probability studies, cease and desist letters, settlement protocols, and review of legal documents.
6. Conduct legal watch on intellectual property matters.
7. Research case law and draft legal notes.
8. Participate in intellectual property audits.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property (Master 2).
2. Preferably has completed an initial internship in intellectual property.
3. Experience in a law firm is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in English.

Entry-level position suitable for students with some prior internship experience in intellectual property.

Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property (Master 2) in progress.
