LVMH Intellectual Property Legal Intern

1. Monitor intellectual property rights portfolios (trademarks, designs, domain names) for the Houses in collaboration with Industrial Property Advisors.
2. Conduct availability searches for trademarks and product names, and research the state of the art in designs and models.
3. Validate projects and conduct risk analysis for new product launches.
4. Draft and review contracts, including collaboration agreements and copyright licenses.
5. Participate in the management and monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation processes, including success probability studies, cease and desist letters, settlement agreements, and document reviews.
6. Conduct legal monitoring in intellectual property.
7. Research case law and draft legal notes.
8. Participate in intellectual property audits.

1. Currently enrolled in a law degree with a specialization in intellectual property.

1. Organizational skills and strong writing ability.
2. Proficiency in legal databases and IT tools.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.

No prior experience required, but previous experience in a law firm or an internship in intellectual property is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a law degree with a specialization in intellectual property.
