1. Assist in the administration and management of Group insurance policies, including preparation for program renewals, data collection, analysis, and consolidation.
2. Serve as the reference and administrator for the risk management information system (SIGR).
3. Consolidate and ensure the reliability of incoming system data, including premiums, claims, and capital.
4. Conduct analyses and reports on Group risks and insurance to guide business decisions of the Directorate.
5. Coordinate the international deployment of Group Insurance programs in collaboration with brokers, including reporting and premium allocation.
6. Respond to routine requests from brands and entities, such as certificates and insurance clauses.
7. Participate in organizing major Directorate events, including partner events, awareness, and training sessions.
8. Manage and maintain the internal Risk and Insurance Management SharePoint.

1. Degree in Insurance & Risk Management (ENASS - Bachelor's or Master's)
2. Strong initial experience in insurance management
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a brokerage firm or insurance company

1. Proficiency in spoken and written English
2. In-depth knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI required)
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills, agility, and curiosity

A minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in a brokerage firm or insurance company.
