LVMH Insurance Manager

- Administer and manage Group insurance policies, including preparation for program renewals, data collection, analysis, and consolidation.
- Serve as the reference point and administrator for the risk management information system (SIGR).
- Consolidate and ensure the reliability of incoming system data (premiums, claims, capital).
- Conduct analyses and reports on Group risks and insurance to guide business decisions of the Management.
- Coordinate the international deployment of Group Insurance programs in collaboration with brokers, including reporting and premium allocation.
- Respond to routine requests from brands and entities (certificates, insurance clauses).
- Participate in the organization of major Management events (partner events, awareness & training).
- Manage and maintain the internal Risk and Insurance Management SharePoint.
- Degree in insurance & risk management (ENASS - Bachelor's or Master's)
- Strong initial experience in insurance management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in a brokerage firm or insurance company
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English
- In-depth knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI prerequisite)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably within a brokerage firm or insurance company.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in insurance and risk management.
