3. Lead or co-lead continuous improvement projects such as SMED, 5S, and flow optimization to enhance operational performance.
4. Actively participate in daily performance monitoring routines and identify processes for standardization, optimization, or creation.
5. Create, monitor, and analyze performance indicators related to Methods activities, ensuring their reliability and regular updates.
6. Coordinate teams involved in standard implementation to ensure coherence and uniformity within the unit.
