- Benchmark operational excellence practices across different production units to identify best practices.
- Contribute to the development of the production unit's roadmap, focusing on safety, quality, performance, and human factors.
- Lead or co-lead continuous improvement projects such as SMED, 5S, and flow optimization to enhance operational performance.
- Actively participate in daily performance monitoring routines and identify processes for standardization, optimization, or creation.
- Create, monitor, and analyze performance indicators related to Methods activities, ensuring their reliability and regular updates.
- Coordinate teams involved in standard implementation to ensure coherence and uniformity within the unit.
- Currently enrolled in a general or specialized engineering school with a focus on production or continuous improvement.
- Looking for a final-year internship lasting six months.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Curiosity, proactivity, autonomy, and initiative.
