- Oversee the daily operations of HR technology systems, including HRIS, talent management, learning, recruiting, and compensation processes.
- Manage system configurations, security settings, and user access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
- Participate in HR technology projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Support project teams and HR users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for HR users on HR technology solutions.
- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and monitor performance against service level agreements.
- Evaluate new HR technology solutions and provide recommendations to HR leadership.
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with LVMH's IT security and data privacy policies.
- Communicate effectively with HR, HRIS users, IT partners, and vendors on system changes, issues, and project updates.
- Act as a liaison between HR and Operations to ensure HR technology needs are met.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in HRIT, with experience managing HR technology systems within complex multinational organizations.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and data management.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in Design Thinking and knowledge of technology trends to enhance Employee Experience processes.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIT, specifically managing HR technology systems, is required.
