LVMH HRIS Project Manager

1. Ensure the operational efficiency of the HRIS across Holdings & Other Activities.
2. Coordinate functional interfaces with peripheral systems such as payroll, OKTA, and Concur.
3. Provide functional support and expertise to deployed entities.
4. Monitor and resolve anomalies, incidents, and support requests.
5. Maintain data quality and consistency across HR systems.
6. Integrate MyHR within the group ecosystem via Talent Connect.
7. Oversee the HRIS support team, coordinating levels 1, 2, and 3 support.
8. Align data across systems to drive service performance.
9. Lead digital transformation projects to optimize HRIS and digital processes.
10. Foster a data-driven HR culture by guiding teams in data utilization.
11. Manage HRIS evolution requests in collaboration with CESP.
12. Conduct regular data quality checks and sanity checks on CoreHR data.
13. Engage in cross-functional projects related to HRIS.
14. Serve as the primary contact for HR teams and tech teams regarding HRIS.
15. Facilitate a MyHR user community and represent HRIS in HR and IT committees.
16. Advise local HR departments on CoreHR usage and process simplification.
17. Track costs associated with MyHR support and maintenance.
18. Define and implement cost allocation rules and prepare annual budget communications.

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in HRIS management.
2. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and PowerBI is advantageous.
3. Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills.
4. Comprehensive understanding of employee lifecycle from an administrative perspective.
5. In-depth knowledge of HR processes and their system integration.
