LVMH HRIS Project Manager

- Ensure the operational efficiency of the HRIS across Holdings & Other Activities.
- Coordinate functional interfaces with peripheral systems such as payroll, OKTA, and Concur.
- Provide functional support and expertise to deployed entities.
- Monitor and resolve anomalies, incidents, and support requests.
- Maintain data quality and consistency across HR systems.
- Integrate MyHR within the group ecosystem via Talent Connect.
- Oversee the HRIS support team, coordinating levels 1, 2, and 3 support.
- Align data across systems to drive service performance.
- Lead digital transformation projects to optimize HRIS and digital processes.
- Foster a data-driven HR culture by guiding teams in data utilization.
- Manage HRIS evolution requests in collaboration with CESP.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and sanity checks on CoreHR data.
- Engage in cross-functional projects related to HRIS.
- Serve as the primary contact for HR teams and tech teams regarding HRIS.
- Facilitate a MyHR user community and represent HRIS in HR and IT committees.
- Advise local HR departments on CoreHR usage and process simplification.
- Track costs associated with MyHR support and maintenance.
- Define and implement cost allocation rules and prepare annual budget communications.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HRIS management.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and PowerBI is advantageous.
- Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of employee lifecycle from an administrative perspective.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and their system integration.

Minimum of 5 years in HRIS management or a related field.
