1. Contribute to ongoing studies and project implementation within the HR solutions transformation program.
2. Define and monitor sprint rhythms using Agile methodology.
3. Understand HR products to be delivered and coordinate with product development.
4. Draft project documentation.
5. Manage project schedules.
6. Provide cross-functional project support and utilize project tracking tools.
7. Participate in project phases, including needs formalization, user stories, testing, and validation.
8. Identify project risks within the assigned scope.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resource Management, Digital Transformation, or Project Management.
2. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors.
3. Initial experience in transformation projects.
4. Strong understanding of HR issues and processes.

3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
4. Proficient in English.

Entry-level experience, ideally with exposure to transformation projects.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
